- Major in the field of cost accounting/controlling
- Very good technical understanding
- Mastery of MS Office programs
- Ability to identify and drive improvement potential, combined with a clear, structured and result-oriented way of working as well as holistic and analytical thinking
- Good communication skills
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
