Senior Growth Strategy Manager, APAC

The role

This is a new role in the APAC commercial leadership team, created to accelerate revenue growth across the region. It is not a coordination role: it is a commercial mandate. Reporting to the VP, APAC, you will set and execute regional growth strategy, run cross-functional revenue programmes from idea to measurable impact, and act as a force multiplier for the VP and the Country Manager organisation. You will work across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance and the global GTM and Strategy teams, connecting global initiatives to in-market execution and making the region-specific calls where they are needed. You will also lead how the APAC team uses AI and automation to sell more efficiently.

What we expect

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, hospitality tech or e-commerce, with strong exposure to market strategy and programme or project management.
• A proven track record of delivering growth through partnerships, negotiations and strategy execution.
• A background in account management, business development or general management.
• Commercially sharp. You balance short-term results with long-term market building.

• A clear communicator who can take a proposal to partners and to internal stakeholders at every level.
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on, comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• A professional "get it done" attitude and a strong work ethic.
• AI-native. You actively use AI tools to work faster, think sharper and scale your output.
• Professional fluency in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders across an international organisation.
