The role

Design, maintain, and manage enterprise server and application environments Ensure high availability and operational performance of IT infrastructure Automate infrastructure and operational processes using PowerShell, Terraform, and related tools Support Windows and Linux server environments Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure, including vSphere and Horizon Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and enterprise identity solutions Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and act as an escalation point for engineering teams Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new deployments Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures Manage vulnerability remediation and ensure compliance with security standards Coordinate change management activities and maintenance schedules Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
