The role

As the Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by overseeing the sales process and fostering high-value client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to identify and acquire new high-potential clients through targeted outreach, including calls, emails, and industry networking Deeply understanding client needs and aligning them with tailored solutions to drive business impact Presenting our value proposition compellingly to senior stakeholders, overcoming objections, and positioning our offerings for maximum appeal Negotiating high-stakes contracts and closing deals to consistently meet or exceed ambitious revenue targets Building and maintaining long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
