The role

Carefully clean and polish all glassware and silverware, ensuring items are spotless and free of water spots, fingerprints, residue, or tarnish. Inspect utensils and glassware for damage or defects before returning items to service. Maintain organized storage areas for polished silverware, glassware, and polishing supplies. Stock service stations and storage areas to ensure adequate inventory throughout service periods. Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, damages, or operational concerns to management. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness standards. Work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume restaurant environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
