Supplier Activation Manager

The role

Find the Finnish brands we should be talking to, knock on their doors and turn the right conversations into partnerships. Build strong relationships with suppliers and work with them to create activation plans that actually drive growth. Help make Lyko more relevant in Finland, from bringing in the right local brands to finding new ways to reach and engage Finnish customers. Bring the Finnish perspective to the wider Lyko organisation, sharing what you see in the market, from competitors and pricing to trends and opportunities. When something needs fixing, you jump in. A sales drop, a product shortage, a supplier issue or a great opportunity that needs someone to run with it, you make things happen.

What we expect

• By now, you probably get what this role is really about: relationships. Your ability to build trust with suppliers, spot opportunities and turn a good conversation into a win-win deal will matter more to us than having the “perfect” background on paper.
• We are looking for someone who is relationship-driven, commercially minded and hungry to make things happen. Someone who doesn't wait for a list of tasks, but sees an opportunity, picks up the phone and goes after it. You are comfortable when there is no playbook yet, and maybe even enjoy it a little more when there isn't one.
• An e-commerce background
• Previous experience in sales, supplier or brand partnerships, category or commercial management
• A strong commercial and marketing mindset, with the ability to use data and sales insights to spot opportunities, understand what drives growth and turn it into action
• Confidence negotiating and building long-term relationships with external partners
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast-changing priorities and building without a finished system
• A hands-on approach and high standards for what you deliver
• Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
