Design and advise on ServiceNow platform and data architecture. Lead CSDM, CMDB and data maturity initiatives. Help customers improve their configuration, asset and service data. Define data governance, quality and ownership frameworks. Support customers in becoming AI-ready and adopting ServiceNow AI Control Tower. Connect platform and data strategy with AI and automation opportunities. Lead customer workshops, architecture discussions and solution design. Support presales activities and contribute to proposals and customer presentations.
