Grid Connection Manager

The role

Grid access is one of the most critical factors determining whether a renewable energy project succeeds. As Grid Connection Manager, you will own grid-related activities across a portfolio of wind, solar, energy storage projects and hybrid solutions. You will define connection strategies, manage relationships with transmission and distribution system operators, lead technical discussions and support investment decisions through robust technical and commercial evaluations. You will work closely with Development Managers, Engineering, Transactions, and Construction teams, acting as the subject matter expert for grid-related matters. The major spoken and written language is Swedish.
