Senior Backend Developer

The role

What we expect

• At least 8 years of experience in software development. You build backend systems that are reliable, maintainable, and designed to last.
• Interest in AI-assisted development is expected. Experience with tools like Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar is an advantage. We work AI-natively and expect our developers to do the same.
• Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar. You’re comfortable designing APIs, services, and integrations. Databases, both relational and non-relational, are familiar territory.
• Experience with cloud platforms, primarily Azure or AWS.
• Ability to work with clients. You can communicate technical decisions in business terms and adapt to different organizational contexts.
• High standards for code quality. Maintainability, testability, and DevOps practices are part of how you work every day.
