Supply Assurance Manager

The role

In this role, you will drive material availability, supply continuity, and operational supply assurance across iLOQ's global supplier network. You will combine operational supply management, risk mitigation, cross-functional leadership, and people development to ensure business continuity and support iLOQ's growth. As part of the Sourcing organization, you will work closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Quality, Program Management, R&D, EMS partners, and suppliers. Your responsibilities include: Ensuring material availability and supply continuity and driving recovery actions in critical supply situations Identifying and mitigating supply risks and ensuring EMS material readiness Supporting new product introductions, ramp-ups and ramp-downs, engineering changes, and other business-critical transitions Improving supply visibility, decision-making, processes, and ways of working Leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring effective coordination between Supply Assurance and Category Sourcing Driving the practical use of AI, analytics, and digital solutions to improve risk management, forecasting, operational efficiency, and decision-making. You will also play a key role in shaping and developing iLOQ's Supply Assurance organization. The role includes leadership and people development responsibilities, providing direction, coaching, and prioritization while building capabilities, accountability, and effective ways of working.
