What we expect
- We are looking for a leader who combines technical credibility with strong coordination and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management in a technology environment
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex programs
- Strong knowledge of modern project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe)
- Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and risk management
- Understanding of both technical and business aspects of digital product development
- Fluency in English and Finnish
- Ability to manage change, resolve conflicts, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
