What we expect
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft-technologies, including developing custom solutions for cloud and onpremises-environments
- Experience with Copilot Studio and building AI-driven agents, using both low-code and pro-code approaches
- Solid understanding of solution architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
- Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps
- Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations
- Knowledge of governance models, including environments and DLP policies
- Experience in data modeling
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices, ALM, version control (Git) and Azure DevOps
- Experience working in large development or architecture projects
- Ability to lead technical solutions and act as a trusted advisor
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and business audiences
- Ability to support sales and pre-sales activities
- Sufficient proficiency in Finnish to work effectively in a Finnish-language environment
