Head of Board Services - Finland

The role

Build and develop our Board Services business: Board Search, Board Advisory, Nordic Board Education, Board Readiness, and Board Room+ Work closely with the executive search and consulting teams Develop and grow our unique Nordic Board Education concept in Finland and as part of our wider Nordic collaboration Build and maintain networks among board professionals, owners, and senior leadership Act as a trusted sparring partner to clients on board work, governance, and leadership. What we are looking for: Someone who understands board work and can build a business around it. A genuine interest in making the boards of Finnish companies better A hands-on, well-organised way of working Experience in board work, board advisory roles, or senior leadership positions A strong understanding of governance questions and of developing board work, or of working alongside a board The ability to build and grow a business Broad networks among company leadership, owners, and board professionals A consultative working style that earns trust The willingness to roll up your sleeves and organise things and events Fluent Finnish and English (Swedish is an advantage). The role of the board in steering company strategy and growth keeps growing in importance. At the same time, the need for international perspective, diversity, and developing expertise is rising.
