Head of Baltics

The role

As Head of Baltics, you will build and grow your own client portfolio across the Baltic region while working as part of our international Nordic and European team. Your work may include: Executive Search assignments for senior leaders, managers and specialists Business development and client relationship management Advisory and consulting projects Interim Management or Board assignments Leadership development, coaching and mentoring Cross-border collaboration with colleagues and clients across Europe. This is an entrepreneurial role with significant freedom and responsibility. You will operate with a high level of independence while having collegues, the support, brand, research resources, marketing and international collaboration of an established European company behind you. We are looking for someone who enjoys building business, takes ownership and thrives in a performance-driven environment, while still valuing teamwork, quality and long-term relationships.
