Customer Support Specialist

The role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you're part of our global support team. You resolve technical issues on our GPU cloud and hand over to teammates in other time zones, so customers get help around the clock. Based at our Helsinki headquarters, you sit alongside engineering, product, and sales, so recurring issues reach the people who can fix them. You work independently on your shifts, know when to escalate, and help improve how we support customers as we scale. Handle customer tickets end to end: instance access, connectivity, GPU and API issues, account and billing questions. Troubleshoot independently and escalate to on-call engineering when needed. Run clear handovers with teammates in other time zones at the start and end of each shift. Monitor service status and communicate incidents to customers. Keep internal guides up to date and flag recurring issues to product and engineering. Suggest improvements to support processes and tooling based on patterns you see in tickets.
