Software Engineer

The role

As a Software Engineer at Vuono Group, you're comfortable moving across the full stack. Depending on the client project, that means frontend interfaces, backend systems, integrations, cloud platforms, and the automation and CI/CD pipelines that tie it all together. You care about good software engineering practices and lean ways of working, and you bring that mindset to every client you work with. You act as a trusted advisor, listening, asking the right questions, and building the trust and solutions that solve critical business problems. We're a tech agnostic and humble team with endless curiosity about what actually works. That curiosity is exactly what we bring to AI too. We're looking for colleagues who are eager to work with AI, but who also aim to understand what's under the surface. What matters most is your motivation to work at the crossroads of business, technology, and processes, and your drive to solve complex business problems across a variety of industries.

What we offer

• We are building the best work environment for software, data, AI and business processes professionals. To get there, we invest in the well-being and work-life balance as well as the professional development of our people. • In addition to the usual perks, such as work tools of your choice and extensive healthcare benefits and insurance, we also offer our employees the opportunity to invest in our rapidly growing company via an employee share program.
• We'll discuss the specific responsibilities and focus areas of the role based on your experience, skills, and interests. Depending on your level of experience and responsibility, the monthly base salary is approximately 5000-7000€+.
