Sales Onboarding Specialist

The role

You’ll own sales onboarding at Lighthouse from start to finish. You’ll be the person who turns a new sales hire into a confident, certified, ramped seller: running the Denver onboarding week in person, keeping our global onboarding journey current, and coaching every new AMER hire through their first months. This is a multi-year role built around running onboarding roughly 10 times a year, and getting better at it each time. What makes this different: you won’t do it alone. AI is built into how we work. You’ll use AI to create content, automate logistics, run role-play practice and analyze call data, so you can spend your time on what matters most: facilitating, coaching and helping new reps win.

What we expect

• 2-4 years in a customer-facing B2B role. SDR or BDR experience is strongly preferred, because it gives you credibility with the reps you’ll train. Enablement experience is not required.
• A confident presenter and facilitator who can run a (virtual) room: presenting, leading role plays and handling questions with energy.
• Evidence of coaching or mentoring peers, such as training new SDRs, leading team practice sessions or acting as a buddy for new hires. You’re welcoming, positive, proactive and enjoy helping others grow.
• AI-first. You use AI tools every day and have built at least one thing with them, such as a custom GPT or Claude project, a prompt library, an automation or a bot.
• Very organized. You can keep many moving parts on track for several cohorts at once.
• SaaS background preferred; hospitality or hotel experience is a plus. Familiarity with the Kirkpatrick evaluation model or an LMS such as Allego is a plus.
• Based within easy commuting distance of our Denver office, and able to be in the office at least 3 days a week and every day of each onboarding week. Occasional travel for sales kickoffs.
