Analyst to CapMan Business Intelligence, Helsinki

The role

Working as an Analyst, you will have a great opportunity to gain experience in data management and reporting of a publicly listed company in the field of alternative investments. You will work with the automation of internal and external reporting within the CapMan Group. Your main tasks will include e.g. developing, automating, and assisting with the reporting of private equity, infrastructure, natural capital and real estate investment funds. You will also participate in the planning and development of data management and maintenance. You will be part of a four-member Business Intelligence team and report to the team's Senior Manager, but in your role you will also actively co-operate with colleagues in our investment teams in Europe. What we expect

• Have higher education degree in relevant area such as finance, economics or engineering, or are in the final stages of your studies. You have likely focused on areas of data and analytics, accounting or finance.
• Have gained some previous work experience in finance or business intelligence. Experience from the financial or real estate industry is considered an advantage.
• Possess advanced Excel skills, and are familiar with Power BI, ETL processes and databases.
• Are interested in applying AI tools to improve processes.
• Have strong numerical accuracy along with efficient working habits and time management skills
• Approach tasks with initiative, structure and attention to detail.
• Have a genuine interest in financial management and investment activities.
• Have proficiency in English (required), knowledge in a Nordic language or German will be considered an advantage.
