Quality Specialist / Deputy Responsible Person (Project)

In this role, you will work closely with the Responsible Person to maintain, develop and ensure compliance of GSK Finland’s Quality Management System (QMS). Your primary focus will be on operational quality management, playing a key role in ensuring that processes related to the distribution, availability and quality of medicinal products comply with both regulatory requirements and GSK’s global quality standards. You will become part of an experienced international quality network, where local responsibility is combined with Nordic collaboration. You will work closely with the Responsible Person, the Nordic Quality Organization and key business functions in Finland. Your daily responsibilities will include maintaining and developing the Quality Management System, You will also support quality processes related to obligatory stock management and product availability, while collaborating actively with regulatory authorities, wholesalers, pharmacies and other key stakeholders. In addition, you will act as Deputy Responsible Person when required. The role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development and harmonization of quality processes within the Nordic organization and to help shape future quality management practices in an international environment.
