We're hiring a Clinical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Cadence's Clinical Navigator team, the Outbound sales team, and other Health roles. This role partners directly with clinical operations, sales, and health leaders to build pipelines of clinical talent, including navigators who support patients between visits, as Cadence scales its patient population across health system partnerships. You'll run the recruiting process end to end in Greenhouse, combining high-volume hiring with proactive sourcing and AI-assisted tools to move faster without losing rigor. Own full-cycle recruiting for Clinical Navigators and other Health roles, from requisition through offer, against clear time-to-fill and quality-of-hire targets. Run high-volume recruiting for Cadence's Outbound sales team, moving quickly to fill multiple concurrent openings while keeping quality and candidate experience high. Source and engage candidates using a mix of proactive outreach, referrals, and AI-assisted sourcing tools. Manage Greenhouse as the core recruiting system of record, maintaining accurate pipeline data, structured interview kits, and reporting for hiring leaders. Partner with clinical operations and health leaders to define role scope, calibrate evaluation criteria, and drive consistent, defensible hiring decisions. Screen candidates for the judgment, communication, and patient-relationship skills needed to support patients between visits, and for role-specific clinical competencies in other Health roles. Analyze recruiting funnel data in Greenhouse to identify bottlenecks and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire. Build pipelines of qualified candidates ahead of anticipated hiring needs as Cadence expands its patient population.
