Software Architect

Tehtävä

Codemate helps companies move forward on their AI transformation. We deliver meaningful applications and services with agile teams of skilled developers and designers — increasingly with AI-native systems and agentic workflows at their core. You might be the Software Architect we are looking for if you… - have 10+ years of relevant experience in professional software development - can design and develop web systems and cloud solutions using modern open-source technologies - create software and cloud architectures that are scalable, secure and efficient - have a view on where AI belongs in an architecture — and where it does not - are curious and hands-on, always learning and applying the latest technologies - collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world challenges and deliver high-quality solutions. What you would actually architect A growing share of our work is AI-native: agentic workflows, LLM-backed services, and the platform work that makes them dependable in production — including our own agentic UX platform, Paimen AI. Paimen® assembles the interface around what a user is actually trying to do, which makes an architect’s instinct for allow-lists, guardrails and audit trails matter more, not less. You do not need to arrive as an AI specialist — but you should be curious about how these systems change the shape of an architecture, and honest about what they cost to run. We are a bunch of code-enthusiasts and designers who value team spirit, as well as inspiring and challenging projects. Organising extra-curricular activities for games, culture, sports or parties is something we enjoy a lot and you’re more than welcome to join! If you could be the one we are looking for, please send your application! At the moment, we are focusing on recruiting experienced professionals. If you’re at the beginning of your career, we encourage you to stay connected for future opportunities. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer internship positions.
