Senior Software Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Evondos’ R&D software team. You’ll work in an international Scrum team with colleagues in the Netherlands and Finland, building secure and scalable backend services for our medication management platform. This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll write high-quality code, help shape technical decisions, and contribute to our move towards a modern cloud-native platform. Design, develop, and maintain backend services primarily using Kotlin and Python. Build scalable, secure, and highly available services that support critical healthcare operations. Drive improvements in architecture, performance, reliability, and observability across the platform. Contribute to the evolution of our service-oriented architecture and Kubernetes-based environments. Own the software you build throughout its lifecycle, from development and code review to production monitoring and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA Engineers, DevOps specialists, and fellow developers, while mentoring colleagues and contributing to technical decisions.
