Senior Project Engineer

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in the successful design, deployment, commissioning, and operational handover of customer solutions using our GridVerix platform. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with responsibility for delivering high-quality technical outcomes across complex customer projects from initial scope definition through to live operation. You will combine strong technical expertise with customer engagement and delivery ownership, working closely with Product, Service Operations, Commercial, and Delivery teams to ensure successful customer deployments and reliable operational performance. In addition to leading end-to-end technical delivery, you will contribute to the development of repeatable engineering standards, deployment methodologies, and best practices that support scalable growth. The ideal candidate is a technically credible, delivery-focused engineer who is comfortable moving between solution architecture, customer project delivery, commissioning and operational handover. They will thrive in a scaling technology business where processes are evolving, customer expectations are high and practical delivery judgement matters as much as technical depth.
