Prepare and plate dishes consistently, maintain an organized station, and support smooth kitchen service at Rosemary Rose. Prepare menu items according to recipes, portions, and plating standards. Set up, stock, clean, and close your station. Monitor food quality and timing throughout service. Label, date, store, and rotate ingredients properly. Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures. Communicate with the culinary team and assist with prep as needed.
