Senior Sustainability Specialist | Strategy & Growth

Tehtävä

Mitä odotamme

• At least 2 years of experience in consultancy, sustainability, research or a related field;
• Hands-on experience with carbon footprinting and/or Life Cycle Assessment (LCA);
• Project management experience, or a strong interest in developing it, including planning, coordinating stakeholders and delivering on time;
• Understanding of ESG topics, sustainability reporting (e.g. CSRD/ESRS, GRI), the EU regulatory framework for sustainability, circular economy and sustainable business models;
• Strong analytical and structuring skills, and the ability to turn data and research into clear conclusions;
• Curiosity about how businesses and organisations work, and how sustainability creates value for them;
• Excellent written and spoken Estonian and English;
• A university degree in a relevant field (e.g. natural sciences, engineering, mathematics, economics, environmental studies) is an advantage.
