Own the input: pull feedback and insights from management, Stream Owners, product experts, clients, suppliers, operations, commercial teams, and engineering. Reflect honestly on past releases, team workflows, and product outcomes, and also own improvements to the way of working. Own the requirements conversation with stakeholders across booking management, finance and reporting, suppliers, and connectivity. Keep engineers, stakeholders and management informed on priorities, risks, dependencies, and expected outcomes. To create a clear, prioritized backlog from a pile of inputs, focused on the highest impact. Get solutions development-ready, with clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Own launches end-to-end, and stay on features through adoption and support after they go live. You believe that folowing the right processes results in the right impact. You see stakeholder management as something to tolerate rather than something you're good at. You need a stable, predictable roadmap and get thrown off by week-to-week change. You want every requirement fully specified before delivery. You'd rather build the technically elegant solution with a bit more effort than the one that creates business value earlier. You avoid friction and let decisions be figured later rather than push for an answer.
