Mitä odotamme

• Several years' experience as a production manager in manufacturing industry
• A leader who listens, includes and inspires — and develops the people in the team
• Experience of leading change and establishing structures and ways of working in production
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented, with a strong drive to deliver results
• A clear communicator who enjoys working across functions
• Used to working in ERP systems — Monitor G5 is a plus
• Good Swedish and English, spoken and written
