In this role, you will act as a strategic finance partner to operational leaders across the organization. Your focus will be on performance management, profitability analysis, planning, forecasting, and decision support. You will play a key role in translating operational and commercial drivers into actionable financial insights, helping leaders understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions that support sustainable growth.

Mitä odotamme

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• >5 years of experience within Business Controlling, FP&A, Operations Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and performance analysis.
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP, EPM, BI, and reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English.
