SAP Senior Integration Consultant

In this role, you lead the technical integration work within your customer projects. You are a hands-on integration expert with a strong consultative mindset: you understand where the customer's business is heading and are not afraid to speak up when the current integration setup won't support it. Because you can effortlessly connect end-to-end business processes with technical solutions, you'll also bring your expertise into commercial discussions. By doing so, you actively help shape future solutions and generate new integration work for yourself and your colleagues. You'll join a large and skillful crowd of SAP experts, but you'll also work extensively with the entire Vincit ecosystem, which means you'll get to bounce ideas and develop your own expertise with great minds. ☘️ Owning the integration architecture: Set the technical direction across your accounts and make the architecture decisions that carry over from one project to the next ☘️ Building and supporting the solutions: Work on the SAP backend side with technologies such as ABAP and CDS Views, and contribute across the whole project lifecycle ☘️ Collaborating with customers and stakeholders: Translate business requirements into practical, well-architected interface designs ☘️ Ensuring high-quality solutions: Apply SAP integration best practices and architecture principles, especially as customers transition from on-premise to Cloud ☘️ Leading the technical work: Guide and mentor other consultants, delegate effectively, and carry accountability for the outcome ☘️ Building the pipeline with us: Take part in presales scoping and estimation, and spot where the customer's next integration need is coming from. Mitä odotamme

• 🎯 Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud environments
• 🎯 Experience with SAP AI Core or other AI-related SAP technologies
• 🎯 Comfort using modern AI tools in daily development work, such as Google Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT
• 🎯 Front-end experience with SAP UI5 and Fiori, a nice addition though not a core requirement for this role
