Mitä odotamme

• Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with current knowledge of HR practice
• Substantial experience in demanding HR roles, including several years as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leadership
• Proven track record in organisational development, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
• Deep command of Finnish employment law and collective agreements, with hands-on experience leading change negotiations
• Experience operating in an international organisation, and comfort working across jurisdictions
• Fluent Finnish and English, with the credibility to influence at leadership level in both
• Confidence with HR systems and data; you use evidence to build your case.
