Quality & Environmental Manager, Auramo Oy

As Quality & Environmental Manager, you will lead quality and environmental management at Auramo's Järvenpää factory. Your responsibility is to ensure that products, processes and management systems meet customer, corporate and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement across the organization. You will take ownership of quality and environmental performance, reporting and management systems, translating objectives into practical ways of working together with production and other key functions. The role includes monitoring KPI and PPM performance, leading root cause analyses and corrective actions, and turning data into meaningful improvements and business decisions. Working closely with colleagues across the factory and the wider Bolzoni Group, you will contribute to shared practices, support operational excellence and help foster a culture of structured problem-solving and continuous improvement. This is a permanent, full-time position based at Auramo's factory in Järvenpää. We hope you can start in February 2027.
