Designing and optimizing transport routes to improve cost efficiency, lead time, and capacity utilization. ● Collaborate closely: Collaborate closely with the commercial team to offer best possible lead time, while maintaining cost efficient pickups. Supporting implementation of cage and pallet handling improvements in collaboration with terminals and group operations. ● Ensure Quality: Ensuring high operational quality in pickup and linehaul execution. ● Monitor & forecast: Building, maintaining, and using dashboards to monitor performance and enable data driven decision making. ● Drive development: Driving best practice sharing within the market and contributing insights to broader operational development.
