Uppgiften

As a Developer, your primary goal is to create customer-driven features for heavy machinery and industrial solutions. You implement specifications developed in close collaboration with customers, ensuring system functionality, reliability, and optimization. You are responsible for solving technical challenges and delivering high-quality development, maintenance, and consulting services tailored to customer needs. Additionally, you work closely with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and turn their requirements into practical, efficient solutions. We value long-term customer partnerships. Customer relationships last for years, and projects are carried out as needed. Some of our customers have dedicated teams that work within the same customer continuously and for a very long period of time. We aim to work in an AI-assisted development model where intelligent agents are key part of software development process. Developers act as architects, supervisors, and quality owners. We value experience working alongside AI tools and coding agents, where you guide execution, review outputs critically, and ensure architectural integrity. You understand that the future of software development is less about typing code line-by-line and more about designing systems, validating AI-generated output, and maintaining technical excellence. You work as a mentor for AI agents.
