Uppgiften

In this role the candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing the company Information Management System. The role has responsibilities to carry out internal audits and providing external audit support to the organisation across all ISO standards, as well as reviewing and embedding audit actions to ensure audit actions and system improvements are implemented to prevent non-conformities and safeguarding compliance to our ISO standards. Responsibilities and key work tasks Administering and developing the company IMS, including embedding a strong culture of document controlProviding support to external audits and undertaking internal audits across our locations Supporting sites and functions to act on audit findingsAssisting the Head of Quality & Management Systems with other duties when requiredIdentifying and upskilling on regulatory and legislative changes applicable to the role Required personal skills and competencies ProactiveAttention to detailExcellent IT skillsPlanning and organisation skillsCommunication and interpersonal skillsProblem solving skillsAbility to work as part of a small teamDriving licence essential Preferred experience and qualifications Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 & Food Safety standards (including HACCP) Location Derby or Scunthorpe, but travel across the 10 UK sites would be expected.
