Verification Lead

Uppgiften

• Lead and coordinate verification and testing activities across internal and external test facilities • Plan, execute, and oversee R&D and certification testing for new product developments • Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis related to hardware and software performance • Collaborate with engineering teams, certification specialists, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and product quality • Drive continuous improvement of testing and verification processes

Vad vi förväntar oss

• • Experience in the design, development, or testing of power electronic systems, such as frequency converters, drives, or similar industrial equipment
• • Understanding of relevant product safety standards and verification methodologies
• • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams
• • Strong communication skills and an interest in mentoring and sharing knowledge
• • Fluent Finnish and English language skills
• • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
• • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
