With a focus on seasonality, precision, and thoughtful hospitality, Hiroki offers a refined dining journey that blends artistry, ceremony, and warmth Explore the concept: https://hirokisan.com/ Dishwasher Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: Candidates must have PM availability for Wed - Sat nights - Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness - Sort, rinse, and load dishes, utensils, glassware, and other kitchen equipment into the dishwasher, following established procedures and guidelines - Monitor and maintain dishwashing supplies, including detergents and rinse agents, promptly notifying the supervisor or manager when supplies need replenishment - Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in their designated areas - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing and storage areas, including regular cleaning of the dishwashing machine, sinks, and work surfaces - Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment - Support the kitchen team by assisting with various tasks, such as receiving and storing deliveries, restocking supplies, and assisting in general kitchen cleanliness - Strong, upbeat and positive personality - Commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail - Passion for food, beverage and hospitality - Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment - Team and family-oriented mentality - Dependability - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time - Ability to lift and carry items when needed with a maximum weight of 50lbs Job Types: Full-time
