Uppgiften

AI opportunities and roadmap: facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, identify opportunities to improve productivity, decision-making, customer experience and efficiency, and build and maintain the AI opportunity portfolio and roadmap. Prioritise initiatives based on business value, feasibility and strategic relevance, and support business cases and value assessments for AI investments. Operating model transformation: help business leaders and process owners assess how AI affects processes, responsibilities and decision-making. Identify opportunities to augment, automate and orchestrate work with AI, and advance AI-first thinking across the company. Adoption and change: promote awareness and effective use of AI solutions, establish AI champion networks and key user communities, and develop guidance, training content and adoption practices. Engage employees and build readiness for change. Business value realisation: define measurable success criteria and value metrics for AI initiatives, monitor adoption and realised benefits, and report to management on AI maturity, progress and business outcomes. Business and ICT alignment: translate business needs into actionable development requirements and ensure that solutions remain aligned with business objectives and user needs. Bring AI ideas and thinking into R&D and share practices from R&D with the wider organization. Controlled and responsible adoption: contribute to the assessment of solutions from the perspectives of risk management, business continuity and regulation, working with the responsible functions.
