AI Expert – Digital Transformation in Private Equity (m/f/x) - Nordics

Uppgiften

Conduct discovery workshops to identify AI opportunities addressing key pain points such as automation, analytics, NLP, and generative AI Define and prioritize use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and implementation effort Design scalable AI solutions and prototypes, ensuring cross-portfolio reusability Oversee implementation, including vendor selection, team coordination, and technical validation Develop toolkits and frameworks to accelerate AI adoption and enablement across Mutares and its portfolio companies

Vad vi förväntar oss

• Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or similar field with outstanding results
• At least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing AI solutions in business contexts delivering large-scale AI or digital transformation projects in leading management consulting firms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach
• Strong understanding of machine learning, LLMs, MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud-based AI architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Business fluency in Swedish or Norwegian and English, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a structured manner.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 days per week (typically Monday – Thursday) and to work in an international environment
