Assemble lithium battery modules using precise methods and quality standards — carefully and repeatably Monitor production flow, identify deviations and take corrective actions Participate in quality control, inspections and production documentation Develop work instructions (SOPs) and operating practices together with the team — the processes are not finished yet, and that is intentional Take ownership of your workstation or process step and make sure things get done Help prepare production toward ISO certification alongside the Production & Quality Manager Requirements
