Vad vi förväntar oss

• You are a leader who makes things happen. You have previously led an engineering organisation within a scale-up or mid-sized tech company, and you know how to develop a team of leads, retain talent, and keep multiple disciplines—engineering, DevOps, and data—moving forward together.
• You have the technical knowledge to challenge all of these teams. You understand architecture and are willing to dive into the low-level details when needed, but you don’t prove yourself through code—you prove yourself through results. You have a strong sense of when something needs to be built properly and when speed matters more, and you make that call decisively.
• You don’t blindly rely on data or “the textbook.” You trust your intuition and experience, are willing to go against the grain when something doesn’t feel right, and make decisions even when not everything is certain. You don’t shy away from conflict; you use it as a way to move things forward. And you bring people along with you—from developers to non-technical stakeholders—because you know how to communicate a vision clearly.
• You also have demonstrable experience working in a scale-up or startup environment.
