General Counsel

Uppgiften

As General Counsel, you will have overall responsibility for legal matters across Commercial, Land & Power, and Corporate. You will support major customer contracts, infrastructure investments, financing activities, strategic partnerships, governance, and compliance while helping the business balance growth opportunities with effective risk management. Beyond the legal agenda, you will act as a strategic business partner and contribute actively to company strategy, expansion plans, and value creation initiatives across the organisation. · Build and lead the Legal function · Support strategic commercial negotiations and transactions · Advise on land, power, and infrastructure projects across multiple jurisdictions · Establish governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks · Manage external legal counsel and key legal partnerships · Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board, and investors · Build and develop the future Legal team

Vad vi förväntar oss

• You are a highly experienced legal leader with significant experience as a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, or in a similarly senior legal leadership role. You have operated at executive level and are a credible, trusted advisor to CEOs, senior leadership teams, Boards, and investors.
• Your background includes leading complex commercial negotiations and legal matters across several disciplines, such as commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, financing, and infrastructure-related matters. Experience from data centres, digital infrastructure, energy, utilities, telecommunications, construction, or another asset-intensive industry would be highly relevant.
• To succeed, you must be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a complex, fast-moving environment. You combine strong legal expertise with commercial judgement and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach, and you have the ability to build legal capabilities, frameworks, and teams that support growth and long-term value creation.
