Vad vi förväntar oss
- A degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Environmental Sciences, Land Use Planning, Geography, Real Estate Development, or a related field.
- Experience in site selection, site development, land development, infrastructure development, or project coordination.
- Exposure to infrastructure, energy, industrial, utility-scale, data center, or other large-scale development projects.
- Knowledge of site evaluation, feasibility studies, permitting, land use planning, or technical due diligence.
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- A structured, analytical, and proactive approach to your work.
- Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English.
- Readiness to travel across Finland.
