Talent Partner

Uppgiften

We're hiring a full-time Talent Partner to join our fast-growing team in Helsinki. We are evolving from a start-up into a technology scale-up that defines a new category across Europe. To keep the quality of every hire high as we grow, we need one person to take clear ownership of our Talent engine. This role goes beyond filling requisitions: you’ll work side by side with our business leads and set the standard for how we bring top talent into Intergrid. As our first dedicated Talent hire, you'll join a two-person People team, reporting to the People Lead. Own hiring end-to-end: Across engineering, commercial, and operations roles, from role scoping to closing. You run the searches yourself and own the outcome, including the quality bar. Partner with business leads: Identify capability needs, recognize top talent profiles, and set hiring priorities as we scale. Own sourcing and build talent pipelines: Map the market, source and reach out hands-on, sell Intergrid to people who aren’t looking, and close the candidates we want. Build our Talent Flow: Create interview structures, funnel metrics, and hiring data that make decisions evidence-based and scalable as we grow. Level up our hiring teams: Improve interview design and calibration so assessment quality doesn't depend on who's in the room. Build our employer brand in Europe: Create content, run events, and deliver an end-to-end experience that candidates want to talk about.
