Senior Qt / C++ Developer

Vad vi förväntar oss

• Strong technical expertise. You have a comprehensive understanding of C++ and/or Qt programming. You build high-performance systems and understand what it takes to keep them maintainable. Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS), embedded platform development, or data transfer protocols is valued.
• At least 6 years of experience in embedded systems or firmware development. You've worked across a variety of embedded projects, understand low-level optimization, and know how to build reliable embedded applications.
• Ability to work with clients. You can communicate technical solutions in business terms and understand what the client actually needs from both hardware and software.
• High standards for code quality. Maintainability, testability, unit testing, continuous integration, and version control (Git) are part of how you work every day.
• This position requires hybrid presence in Tampere, Finnish citizenship, and fluency in Finnish.
