Technical Sales Engineer (FAE) – Milexia Nordics

Uppgiften

Milexia established its Finnish operations in late 2024 and is now strengthening its local presence to support existing customers and develop new business. As our Technical Sales Engineer, you will take responsibility for developing our Frequency & Timing business in Finland, working with customers across several industries, including advanced technology companies, research institutions and universities. Depending on your background and location, you will also support our RF & Microwave business, particularly within Defence and Aerospace. Your responsibilities will include: Developing existing customer relationships and identifying new customers, applications and business opportunities. Understanding customers' technical challenges and working with leading technology manufacturers to identify suitable solutions. Managing technically demanding, project-based sales from initial customer discussions and supplier quotations through negotiations and closing. Building strong relationships with engineers, technical specialists, purchasing organisations and decision-makers. Identifying emerging technologies, market developments and future commercial opportunities. Collaborating with our Nordic and international colleagues, suppliers and technical specialists. This is a genuinely customer-focused position. We want you to spend your time meeting customers, discussing technologies and developing business – not producing unnecessary reports. You will have considerable independence in planning your work, supported by our Danish internal sales and supply chain teams, who manage order processing, deliveries and logistics. You will report to our MD in Denmark.
