Senior Product Designer

Uppgiften

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer at Mapon who enjoys digging into the real problem before shaping the solution. You’ll own end-to-end UX for complex areas and turn customer needs and business goals into clear journeys, interaction models and polished UI. This is a senior individual-contributor role in the Designer Team. You’ll primarily partner with the Tachogram and Mobile teams, bringing structure to ambiguous problems across web and mobile, helping teams make sound product decisions, and creating patterns that scale across the product. Shape problem framing, turn customer needs and business goals into clear journeys, interaction models and polished UI. Use behavioural data, interviews and surveys to build product-level insight. Design seamless, consistent experiences across the Tachogram web platform and Mobile apps, including flows, edge cases, errors and permissions. Design AI-powered features for our customers, including assistants, smart recommendations and automated workflows, so they’re useful, explainable and easy to correct when they’re wrong. Work in Claude as your everyday design environment: prototype real, working interfaces, synthesise research and data, and help build the tools and workflows the team uses. Create interaction patterns that get reused across the product and set the quality bar for the team. Extend and refactor our design-system foundations. Align stakeholders with competing priorities and build trust through difficult decisions. Lead through influence, and step up when there’s no clear owner.
