Customer Success Manager

Uppgiften

As a Customer Success Manager, you make sure your customers get the full value of Buenno and that each relationship grows. The work is consultative: you help customers understand their own customers better and turn feedback into action. In practice, you will: Help new customers get started and plan with them how to collect feedback Hold regular partnership meetings with customers and help them put the results to use Answer customers’ day-to-day questions about using Buenno Spot where customers could get more value and offer new solutions Act as the link between customers and our product development Develop how we manage customer relationships together with the CS Lead On the customer side, you’ll work with the people responsible for customer experience, marketing and operations, as well as the everyday users of the service. After 1 month. You have met several customers and built a strong understanding of the typical challenges organizations face when trying to turn customer feedback into action. You can already explain Buenno’s product and start running meetings with support from the CS-team After 6 months. You manage your accounts independently and grow them strategically. You understand Buenno’s product in depth and know how to show customers its value. You understand the stakeholders on the customer side and can support them in reaching their own goals. After 12 months. You have built a portfolio of customers that are happy and growing. You contribute visible growth to Buenno’s recurring revenue and actively participate in developing how the company’s Customer Success processes evolve. You are responsible of area of the CS team’s work based on your strengths.
