The role

What we expect

• 2+ years of professional experience in state government, executive branch, legislature, public policy, political campaigns, government affairs, business development, consulting, or a related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of state government operations, political and policy environments, and the roles of executive agencies, legislative bodies, and key public-sector stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated interest in developing a career in enterprise technology sales and a willingness to complete structured sales, healthcare industry, and InterSystems technology training.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
