Senior Engineering Manager

The role

Lead and facilitate an autonomous Fullstack team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of channel integration, working closely with your product manager counterparts to align priorities and drive impact. Champion team member growth through coaching, regular 1:1s, and clear personal development planning, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Identify blockers and tackle ambitious technical problems to add your mark to our engineering culture.
