What we expect
- A degree in Engineering or an infrastructure-related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in the infrastructure sector
- A strong project management track record: you’ve delivered complex projects start to finish
- Deep knowledge of model-based construction, BIM (YIV), and surveying
- Clear, confident communication in both Finnish and English
- A genuine drive to push the industry toward digital, sustainable ways of working
